Payment for custom orders comes in two parts, component ordering and service fees. Component ordering is never refundable, however an order can be cancelled up until the service fees are paid. Service fees must be paid before the board is shipped, and once they have been paid no refunds will be accepted.
If the product breaks during normal operation within the first 30 days of receiving it, the service charge for the repair will be waived. The components required for repair and shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Group buy orders will be refundable through the group buy period with a 5% fee for the order cancellation. After the group buy has ended there will be no returns or refunds on any products. If the quality of the received product does not meet the standards set out in the description of the purchase page, a replacement will be provided.
